This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for memberships, services, and featured posts on the ThriveBookings platform. By using ThriveBookings, you agree to the following refund terms.
Refunds for standard memberships purchased through the ThriveBookings platform are available within 14 days of the purchase date. After the 14-day period, no refunds will be processed. Please note that prepaid memberships are non-refundable due to the nature of the Service.
Please note that Featured Posts are non-refundable. Once a featured post is purchased and processed, it is considered final and cannot be refunded.
ThriveBookings acts as an intermediary to collect payments on behalf of service providers. Refunds for services booked through the platform are subject to the following conditions:
- You may request a refund within 7 days of providing evidence supporting your claim.
- Refunds will only be issued if the claim is successfully validated after a thorough investigation.
- If the claim is deemed unwarranted or unfounded, no refund will be issued, and the case will be considered closed.
- ThriveBookings is not responsible for resolving disputes between you and the service provider. However, we will mediate to ensure the process is fair and transparent.
In the near future, we will allow vendors and service providers to list products and services that are transactional on the platform. At that time:
- Vendors and service providers will be solely responsible for managing and processing refunds for their listed products and services.
- ThriveBookings will not handle refunds for these third-party products or services once this transition occurs.

We will retain your personal information for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.
